The Salto Audit · Step one of the leap

Show us how your business actually runs.

To find where your business is leaking time and money, we need to see the real thing — not the tidy version. The more honest your documents, the sharper our findings.

Three things worth knowing before you start

Messy is fine. Incomplete is fine. A gap tells us something too. We'd rather see the true picture than a polished one.

Everything stays yours. Any access you grant is read-only and revoked when the audit is done.

Takes about 15 minutes of typing, plus dropping in files at your own pace.

The business at a glance

First, the shape of things.

A few questions no document can answer for us.

You and the business

No document you send us contains these four answers, and every finding in your audit gets measured against them. Approximate is fine. Honest matters more than precise.

The money.

Whatever form it lives in — a real export or the spreadsheet you actually use. Don't clean it up for us.

              One optional shortcut

              Cleaner than files: read-only access.

If you'd rather not export everything, you can grant temporary read-only access instead. It's less work for you and better data for us. Entirely optional.

              Your main operating system (read-only)
              A shared Drive folder
              I'll stick to uploads

Access is scoped, read-only, and revoked the moment the audit is done. We'll send exact steps after you submit.

Got it. Here's what happens next.

              • 01 We read everything you shared and run the analysis across all three domains.
              • 02 Both founders review the findings by hand. No auto-generated report — real judgment.
              • 03 You receive your audit: a scorecard, a leak list with real dollar figures, a readiness assessment, and a prioritized roadmap.
              • 04 An honest recommendation — build now, or structure first. And half your audit fee credits toward what comes next if you proceed within 60 days.
